At Robinson Literacy & Leadership Consulting (RLLC), we exist to confront one of education’s greatest challenges: a widespread culture crisis. Across the nation, schools are battling teacher burnout, low morale, high turnover, and fractured leadership teams. We are here to be the solution.

 

We equip school and district leaders with the coaching, tools, and strategies they need to rebuild school culture from the inside out—not through quick fixes or compliance-based models, but through intentional, values-driven leadership development.

Lecture

Transform your leadership. Rebuild your culture.

Our signature framework equips school and district leaders with a 9-part leadership model designed to restore trust, re-establish clarity, and cultivate healthy school culture. Through coaching, consulting, and strategic planning, we guide leaders from reflection to implementation.

How We Work:

    •    In-person or hybrid consulting (1–2 days/week)

    •    Leadership coaching, culture walks, strategy sessions

    •    Includes The Fruitful Leadership Workbook

    •    Tailored implementation plan

 

Recommended Duration: 3–6 months

 

Best For: School and district leaders, principal cohorts, admin teams

 The Fruit of Literacy™: A Reflective PD Experience

Reconnect teachers to their voice, purpose, and professional power.

This 5-module professional development series supports teacher retention and morale by helping educators reclaim reading, writing, and communication as tools for growth, confidence, and leadership.

How We Work:

    •    5 interactive sessions (in-person or virtual)

    •    Reflection, writing, communication, leadership, and advocacy modules

    •    Includes activities, discussion, and real-time coaching

 

Recommended Duration: 5–10 weeks

 

Best For: K–12 teachers, instructional coaches, new teacher cohorts

New Leader Onboarding
& Coaching

Support new leaders before they burn out.

We provide intentional support for first- and second-year leaders navigating new roles. This coaching series helps them set vision, manage teams, and avoid early burnout.

How We Work:

    •    90-day onboarding package

    •    Weekly or biweekly coaching

    •    Includes tools for time management, communication, and early wins

 

Recommended Duration: 3 months (extendable to 6 months)

 

Best For: New principals, assistant principals, instructional leaders
